Terms of Use
Effective date: October 15, 2026. Last updated: October 15, 2026.
These Terms of Use govern your use of flight-guide.com and related pages, forms and downloads (the "Site"), operated by Flight Guide LLC, led by Amy Charlesworth, a licensed Oregon psilocybin facilitator ("Flight Guide," "I," "we"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. This is not therapy or medical care. Please read the Not Therapy Notice. Nothing on the Site is psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical treatment, or medical or legal advice. I am not a therapist or medical professional. Always consult your physician, your medical team and your mental health provider before accessing or considering these services.
2. You must be 21 or older. The Site is for adults 21 and over. By entering, you confirm you are at least 21. Do not use the Site or submit information if you are younger.
3. What the Site is. The Site gives general information about preparation, facilitation and integration services in Oregon and lets you contact me, join email lists, download free tools, and read or submit reviews. Using the Site does not create a facilitator and client relationship. That relationship begins when you choose to engage my services, agree to a written service agreement, and complete the screening that Oregon rules require. By engaging with my services, you also agree to the participant consent, release and acknowledgment. Clients who choose to pursue services with me will complete the OHA OPS medical screening, health forms and consent forms, and will agree to release all liability claims against me, as described in the participant consent.
4. Legal status of psilocybin. Psilocybin remains a federally controlled substance. In Oregon, it may be provided only at a licensed service center by a licensed facilitator under state law and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) rules. I do not sell, ship or provide psilocybin through the Site and cannot help anyone obtain it outside those rules. I deliver sessions only in lawful jurisdictions, including at service centers in states where I am registered to do so. I do not list locations on the Site because they can change. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
5. No guarantees. I make no promise about any result, benefit or experience. Descriptions on the Site are general and are not claims that any service will treat or cure anything.
6. Groups, pricing, refunds and scheduling. Group services are offered at a lower cost than individual sessions. Group pricing depends on the number of people in a group and any added inclusions, and is shared when a group opens. Joining a group alerts list does not reserve a spot, create a contract or require you to buy anything. Prices are always subject to change. Refunds are limited. If you cancel before any services begin, you may receive a refund of what you paid, as long as you give written notice at least 7 days before your first scheduled session. After services begin, you may receive a partial refund for sessions not yet held, minus the value of any sessions already held or used, as long as you give written notice at least 7 days before the scheduled session. In every other case, all payments are final. Where possible, I prefer to give credit on file toward future services, at my discretion. Because I hold booked time for you that I cannot rebook, credit on file expires 1 year after it is issued. Flight Guide is not covered under HIPAA, and my services are not covered by insurance. Scheduling is a shared courtesy: I hold your time just for you, and I ask you to honor it the way I honor yours. It is up to you to schedule and use every session included in your package. I am very flexible with rescheduling, I am glad to move a session when you give me notice, and I will typically grant a one-time exception when plans change. A no-show forfeits that session, because the time was held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else. I treat no-shows as unacceptable, and I will offer a new time only for a qualifying reason, which means a genuine emergency involving death, life or limb. Advance notice is a basic courtesy, and I always appreciate it.
Oregon required documents. Oregon rules require me to give you certain documents before services begin, and I will review them with you: the Oregon Health Authority informed consent form, which you sign before any administration session; the Client Bill of Rights; and fee documentation that states who receives each fee, my refund policy and any additional fees, given to you before any money is collected. Preparation sessions are private and one on one, and group administration sessions require your prior written consent. These Terms do not replace or limit those documents or your rights under them. If anything here conflicts with Oregon law or the Client Bill of Rights, the law and the Bill of Rights control.
Session length. Sessions are booked in 60-minute blocks and include 50 minutes of time together. The last 10 minutes of each block is protected time for you to take notes, do a short meditation, and prepare for whatever comes next. I use the same 10 minutes for myself, so I can show up fully present for the next person. This helps me honor your time and mine.
Payment plans. Any payment plan I offer is a genuine courtesy, not a right, and I offer it in good faith. Every payment is owed by the due date that is committed in writing by email. If a payment plan is not satisfied, I will pursue collection of the amount owed, including through a collections agency, to the fullest extent of the law, and you are responsible for the reasonable costs of collection where the law permits.
7. Free tools, including the Clarity Anchor. The Clarity Anchor and similar downloads are free tools provided as is, designed to help you structure your thoughts, create organization, and bring structure to your thinking with some assistance from AI. They are meant to be used with a third-party AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. Those services are not mine, have their own terms and privacy practices, and may keep what you type. Please do not enter information you want kept private. AI tools can be wrong. These tools are not therapy and are not for crises.
8. Your information and communications. Our Privacy Policy explains what I collect and why. If you join an email list, you agree to receive the emails you signed up for, which I send using Kit. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Phone numbers are never used for texting without separate written consent. Confidentiality is mutual: by interacting with me and my business, you agree to keep everything about the work you do with me in strict confidence, and I do the same for you. This does not stop you from speaking with your own doctors, mental health providers or lawyers, from sharing your own experience, or from contacting or filing a complaint with the Oregon Health Authority.
9. Reviews and content you submit. If you submit a review or message, you confirm it is truthful, is your own experience, and does not include anyone else's private information. You keep ownership of your content and give Flight Guide a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site after it is approved, and to remove it at any time. I review submissions before they appear and may decline or remove any submission. I do not offer anything in exchange for reviews. Please do not include health details or information about others in a review.
10. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Site, try to access it without permission, interfere with it, scrape it, submit false or harmful content, or use it to harass anyone or to break the law.
11. Intellectual property. The Site's text, workbooks, tools, logos and design belong to Flight Guide or its licensors. You may use free downloads for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, republish or build on them without written permission.
12. Third-party links and services. The Site links to and uses third-party services, such as Kit for email and Calendly for scheduling. I do not control them and am not responsible for them.
13. Disclaimer of warranties. The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent Oregon law allows.
14. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Flight Guide, Amy Charlesworth and anyone who works with us are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the Site, or for more than the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
15. Your responsibility. You agree to use the Site and any information on it at your own risk and to make your own decisions with your own health and legal professionals.
16. Governing law and disputes. Oregon law governs these Terms. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you agree to that venue. Before filing, please write to me so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
17. Changes. I may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when. Using the Site after an update means you accept it.
