FlightGuide · Oregon psilocybin services

A shared space.
Your own experience.

I offer group psilocybin services for people who feel drawn to gather. The work is held with care and trained facilitation, while each person remains free to choose what feels right for them.

Hear when a group opens

No commitment to join. Just a note when details are ready.

A note from Amy

“Group work is community medicine. We do this together, and you still get to decide what is yours to share.”

Amy Charlesworth

Together, without needing to be the same.

I offer legal group psilocybin services through Oregon’s regulated system. Participants share the time and the support of a trained facilitator. This is a lower-cost option than individual services. The group does not decide what your experience means. You are never required to share.

There is structure and accountability, alongside room for quiet. You can participate in the ways that feel right, ask for support, or take space. It is your choice, and you can use it or not.

Preparation and integration matter most.

The session is one part of the process. We make room for what comes before and after, too.

01

Prepare

Before the group, we meet and talk through your intentions, questions, and practical needs. We make time to understand the service and what participation involves. Each preparation session includes 50 minutes together within a 60-minute block. You can use the protected last 10 minutes for notes, a short meditation, and preparing for your next meeting or commitment. I take that time too, so I can be fully present for the next person.

02

Be together

On the session day, I provide a steady setting and trained facilitation. Each person has their own experience. Silence, movement, and asking for support are all choices.

03

Integrate

We reconnect after the session to reflect and consider what, if anything, you want to carry forward. There is no prescribed lesson or outcome. Each integration session includes 50 minutes together within a 60-minute block. You can use the protected last 10 minutes for notes, a short meditation, and preparing for your next meeting or commitment. I take that time too, so I can be fully present for the next person.

After we part
Consent, at every step

You are allowed to choose.

You can share or stay quiet. You can ask a question, change your mind, or decide this is not for you. I will explain what to expect and make space for your questions before anything is decided.

Clear before you decide

The cost depends on the group.

Group services cost less than one on one sessions because participants share some of the costs. The price per person is set by the number of people in the group and which additional inclusions are offered. Preparation and integration matter most.

I will share the exact price and inclusions when each group opens. You can review everything and decide whether it works for you before signing up.

Good things to ask.

Is this a legal service in Oregon?

Oregon has a regulated psilocybin services program. Services take place through licensed service centers and follow state rules. They are not medical care or a substitute for medical or mental health support.

Do I need to share with the group?

No. We do this together, but you choose what you share. You can listen, be quiet, or ask for support. We will talk about group agreements and consent during preparation.

How will I know the price and dates?

I will email the people on this interest list when a group opens, with the dates, exact price, and what is included. You can decide then, with no obligation.

Is a group the right fit for me?

That is something we can discuss before you decide. Group participation has practical and personal considerations, and I will make room for questions about the setting, process, and Oregon requirements.
