Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026. Last updated: October 15, 2026.
Your privacy matters, especially in this work. This policy explains what Flight Guide LLC ("Flight Guide," "I," "we") collects through flight-guide.com, why, who helps me handle it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Records created during licensed facilitation services are kept separately, under the rules that apply to those services.
1. Please do not send health information through the Site. My forms are not a safe place for medical or mental health details. If you contact me, tell me what you are interested in and share health details only when we speak directly. I treat anything you do share as confidential and do not use it for marketing. Confidentiality is mutual, and I keep what you share with me in strict confidence. Oregon law (ORS 475A.450) also protects information that could identify a client and what a client says while receiving psilocybin services. Flight Guide is not covered under HIPAA and my services are not covered by insurance, so please keep that in mind when deciding what to share.
2. What I collect.
- Email signups (newsletter, Clarity Anchor, group alerts): your email address, and where asked, your first and last name, optional phone number, which form you used, the date, and a record that you consented.
- Contact requests: your name, email, phone (if you give it), the topic you are interested in, and your message.
- Reviews: your name, review text, rating and the program it relates to. Your email is used only to verify and reply to you and is never shown publicly.
- Age check: your confirmation that you are 21 or older.
- Technical data: basic device, browser, page and approximate location data from site logs, and cookies needed to run the Site and keep you signed in where relevant.
I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
3. Why I use it. To send you what you asked for (downloads, emails, group alerts), to answer your messages, to schedule conversations, to show approved reviews, to keep the Site secure and working, to understand how the Site is used, and to meet legal duties. I send marketing emails only to people who have joined a list.
4. Email, and Kit. I use Kit to send emails and manage my lists. When you sign up, your email address, name, signup details, and tags that describe which lists you joined are stored in Kit. Kit sends my emails and tracks opens and clicks. Kit acts for me, under its own terms and privacy policy. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to me to be removed. I may also tag a contact as a man or a woman based on a first name or what they tell me, so that I can tell people about offerings designed for them. You can ask me to remove or correct that tag.
5. Phone numbers and text messages. If you give me a phone number, I use it to reply to you or schedule a conversation. I will not send marketing text messages unless you separately agree, in writing, to receive them. If I start a text program, I will follow all applicable laws and carrier rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CTIA guidelines, give clear opt-in and opt-out instructions (reply STOP to stop, HELP for help), and tell you how often I send messages. Message and data rates may apply. I do not sell or share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Who I share information with. I do not sell your personal information and I do not share it for advertising. I share it only with service providers who help me run the Site and my business, each under its own terms: Kit (email), Replit (website hosting and database), Google Workspace (my email and alerts about your messages), Calendly (scheduling, if you use it), and Clerk (secure sign-in for my own review moderation). I may also share information if the law requires, to protect safety or rights, or in a business transfer, with notice to you.
7. Cookies and tracking. I use only the cookies needed for the Site to work and for basic security. I honor browser signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.
8. How long I keep information. Email list information stays until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, and I keep a minimal record that you unsubscribed so I do not email you again. I keep contact messages for as long as I need them to respond and keep reasonable business records, and I may delete them at any time. Records that Oregon law requires me to keep for licensed psilocybin services are retained as that law requires. Reviews stay until you ask me to remove them.
9. Security. I use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limiting who can see submissions. No website is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
10. Your choices and rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, unsubscribe from emails at any time, and withdraw any consent. Depending on where you live, such as Oregon, you may have additional rights, such as to know what I hold, to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (I do none of these), and to appeal a decision. I will not treat you differently for using these rights. Write to amy@flight-guide.com. I may need to verify it is you. I will answer within 45 days.
11. Changes. I will update this policy as the Site changes and show the date at the top. If a change matters, I will email list members.
