Clarity Anchor signups
To send the Clarity Anchor and occasional emails, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. You may also choose to provide a phone number; it is optional and does not sign you up for marketing calls or texts. You must affirmatively check the email consent box before submitting. Signup information is managed through Kit, including its newsletter and email sequence tools and custom fields used to organize those messages. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email.
Contact inquiries
When you use the contact form, the details you submit are stored so we can respond to your inquiry. Contact information may also be recorded in Kit fields used to manage inquiries and follow-up.
Reviews and questions
Review submissions and FAQ questions are delivered through Gmail for review and response. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to handle your message.
Site analytics
We use Umami analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics may record page and interaction events; we do not send signup names, email addresses, or question text as analytics event data.
Browser storage
Your browser may store preferences such as the selected theme, popup dismissal period, a marker to avoid reopening the popup after a booking interaction in the current session, and a flag indicating that a Clarity Anchor signup succeeded. The signup flag does not contain your name or email address.
